Karen is a wife and mother of three beautiful children. She has been married for 23 years to her husband Jim. She is a licensed real-estate agent and has worked in real-estate industry for over 15 years. Karen is currently working on publishing her first real -estate book on buying new construction. She earned her BA degree in Liberal Arts from San Diego State University. Karen was born and raised in North Carolina and enjoys spending time with her family at the beach.

She is currently serving on the Christian Education Board, and acts as Nursery Director at her church, and enjoys singing in the choir.
